I'm Kaz!
Online coach, psychology grad, and the girl behind "Coached by Kaz".
This space was made for the women who are done with the all-or-nothing mindset. You know the one - where you’re either smashing it or starting over every Monday. Where fitness feels like punishment, and your social life takes a back seat to your goals.
That’s not what we do here.
My coaching is for the girls who want to tone up, feel confident in their own skin, and build a lifestyle that actually lasts. One that fits around wine nights, brunch plans, and being a social butterfly.
I combine evidence-based training with mindset support (thanks to my psych background) to help you feel strong, empowered, and in control - without burning out or obsessing over every calorie. You don’t need to train 7 days a week or give up everything you love. You just need the right plan, the right support, and a little reminder that you’re already worthy - before the “after” photo.
This is your safe space, your hype squad, and your reality check when you need it. Whether you’re just getting started or giving it another go, I’m here to guide you, with zero judgment and all the encouragement.
